I'm Mike Kulikowski, owner and inspector at The Buyers Eye Home Inspection Services, LLC, serving the greater Rochester, New York area and Monroe and surrounding counties.
I inspect every home as if I were buying it myself. And my goal would be to educate you about every aspect of your new residence and I can assure you that my thorough home inspection, written report and complimentary follow up telephone consultations, are among the best in the industry.
I am a dedicated full time professional performing home inspections and writing detailed reports in compliance with NYS and the standards of practice and code of ethics (Spanish) of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Over 25 years experience as an engineer, project manager and residential home inspector, and my attention to detail and customer satisfaction, will afford me the greatest compliment I could ever receive; a referral from you to a friend or family member.
The Buyers Eye attempts to highlight the positive features of a home. In fact many observations and recommendations help dispel the homeowners' anxieties, and provide useful home repair and maintenance suggestions.
While the primary mission of The Buyers Eye is to educate our clients about every aspect of their new residence, we also provide optional environmental testing services including radon gas testing, wood destroying pest inspections, and mold testing.
